THE VALUES
The values upon which this ministry is founded are appropriately set forth in “The Prayer of St. Francis” which can be found hanging in the monastary in Bethpage, Israel today. It reads:
Lord, Make me an instrument of Thy Peace Where there is hatred, let me sow love Where there is injury, pardon Where there is doubt, faith Where there is despair, hope Where there is darkness, light; and Where there is sadness, joy. Divine Master, Grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; To be understood as to understand; To be loved as to love; For it is in giving that we receive; It is in pardoning that we are pardoned; And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
THE VISION
To create an environment for pastors, priests, missionaries, teachers and others involved in full-time Christian ministry where they can find Refuge, Rest, and Restoration in HIS Presence.
THE MISSION

To cultivate and protect a place created by God where He desires to have relationship with HIS children. To show ourselves faithful and loving to those that have gone out for the sake of Christ, supporting them that we may be fellow workers with the truth. In support of this mission, "The Brook at Bethpage" is dedicated to the renewal of ministries, the revival of churches, and the restoration of families through His revelation knowledge. |
